While we love the idea of curated pop-up convenience, current trends point toward an emphasis on human interaction. To make an investment in new items, a personal experience is a highly valuable component in combination with the aesthetics of the product. Sure, each product is tested and samples are available prior to purchase, but we're unclear how the experience communicates luxury aside from the high-design dispenser.

Another odd match is the selection of Fred Segal Santa Monica- an upberhub for customer service- as the launch. A better venue and brand alignment would be to be associate with high end hotels, airports and captive venues that hold the same values but the products augment the services/assortment.
